Before joining PCE two years ago, I worked as a coffee vendor on the streets, raising my children alone after their father left. Early mornings and late nights were my routine, struggling to provide for their needs. Through it all, I remained a strong mother, determined to support my family. Since becoming an assistant and training as a stitcher, my life has transformed. I now have a steady salary and the ability to provide for my family with a bright future ahead. I aspire to grow professionally and want to encourage women worldwide to stay strong in adversity.
Chalitu Ferda
Five years ago, I faced financial hardship, married and dependent on my husband while expecting him to provide for our family. Life was challenging, but everything changed when I joined PCE as an assistant and began training as a stitcher. Through hard work, I transformed my life and gained new skills. I am determined to inspire women facing adversity to stay strong and seize opportunities.
