When Henock joined Parker Clay in february 4, 2020 as a cutting expert, he was already on a path of ambition and self-improvement. While dedicating himself to his craft at work, Henock was also pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance—a testament to his determination and passion for growth.

In 2024, Parker Clay opened an internal opportunity for a Junior Accountant position. With his newly acquired degree and a deep understanding of the company from his time in production, Henock applied and was selected for the role. Today, he’s in the midst of on-the-job training, seamlessly transitioning from cutting expert to a vital part of our finance team.
