My name is Beza. I joined Parker Clay three years ago. I started my career at Parker Clay as an assistant in the leather production department.
Based on my performance I got a promotion and currently I am a team lead at the cotton (dust bag) department. Parker Clay has partnered with training providers. I have taken training on leather manufacturing with COE training which helped me grow my career.
At the same time we’re taking training on a continuous basis such as financial literacy, MS office, Time management & other soft skill training. I am graduating from the Center of Excellence program next month. I am excited to advance my career and join the leather manufacturing team.
Parker Clay work culture is something that keeps me going, we all see each other as a family. If anyone wants to talk to the managers, they’re easily accessible. That’s not common in most companies, accessing managers has its own bureaucracy.

Eleni, I like both in black and rust brown. The design and look of Eleni is amazing. The design is sophisticated, it’s one of the challenging bags that I made so far. But so glad that I got to participate in the making of such a beautiful bag
